Happy Thursday! Today's tip to becoming more organized is all about shoes.
Did I get anyone's attention?!
Shoes bring with them signs of exactly where we have been, tracking in the dirt and debris. They are often kicked off tired toes as we arrive home at the end of the day. When shoes aren't on your feet try to keep them stored, organized, and well taken care of. Here are a few ideas to help:
-Place a shoe tray, small rug, or mini shoe rack near all entrances to your home.
-Use shoe storage pockets that hang over the interiors of closet doors to save space.
-Shoe shelves can also be used in unexpected places such as a coat closet. You can see a photo below of the one in my closet.
Taking a few extra moments each day to put shoes in their place will help keep your home clean, your floors uncluttered, and your life easier as you rush out the door. I hope you give this tip a try!
