Nope, I don't mean what lives inside them. I am referring to what you can store on the inside of the doors. If you are not yet using the inside of your cabinet doors, you are missing out on a golden opportunity. Items will become instantly more accessible, and yet remain out of sight. Want some ideas of what you can keep there? Here are some real life examples from cabinet doors in my own home. Seen below are:
Kitchen Command Center/Message Board - this is a great place to keep notes or small office supplies.
Kitchen Sink Glove Storage - this one speaks for itself!
Strainer Storage - this collapsible strainer was an awkward item that is now easily at hand in the cabinet with our pans.
Bathroom Trash - this one cheats a little by using the top of the door as well, but it is the perfect way to have a place for trash where there was none.
Master Bathroom Makeup Reminder - this one is where I keep the list of when my makeup expires.
So, how do YOU use the inside of your cabinet doors? If you have been inspired now, what will you keep there? I would love to hear about it in the comments!
